If you think one of our products caused a side effect or a reaction, we want to know. We read every report the day it arrives, and we take each one seriously.

If it is serious, get care first

If you are having trouble breathing, swelling of the face or throat, chest pain, or any symptom that feels like an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room now. Then tell your prescriber. This page can wait; your health cannot.

How to reach us

Email [email protected] with the subject line “Side effect report.” Include what you can of the following. Partial reports are welcome; send what you have.

1. Which product, and the lot number printed on the package.
2. What happened, and when it started relative to your first use.
3. Whether you have stopped using the product, and whether the symptom changed after you stopped.
4. Any medications you take, if you are comfortable sharing. Many of our customers take a GLP-1; that context helps.
5. Whether you have told your doctor, and what they said.

Stop using the product while we look into it. We will reply to every report, and where the law requires it we submit serious adverse event reports to the FDA.

You can report any supplement or cosmetic reaction straight to the FDA through MedWatch or by calling 1-800-332-1088. You do not need our permission, and reporting to us does not replace reporting to them.
