Refund Policy.
Effective May 7, 2026. We want you to be square with what you bought. Here is when and how we refund.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you do not like the products, email [email protected] within thirty days of delivery with your order number. We refund the product cost for your first order or first subscription shipment. Shipping is non-refundable. The guarantee applies once per customer.
What we refund in full
- First-order guarantee. If you do not like the products, write within thirty days of delivery. We refund the product cost once per customer.
- Unopened product. Send it back in its original condition; we refund the purchase price (we do not refund the original outbound shipping or charge a return fee).
- Damaged or defective product. Send a photo with your email; we replace or refund at your choice. No need to return the damaged item.
- Wrong item shipped. Same: photo, replace or refund, keep or recycle the wrong item.
- Lost in transit. If tracking shows the package never arrived, we replace or refund.
What we cannot refund
- Repeat opened products. The 30-day guarantee applies once per customer. After that, opened personal-care and dietary-supplement products cannot be returned to inventory or resold.
- Returns received after thirty days from delivery. Beyond thirty days we cannot accept the return.
Subscriptions
You can cancel any active subscription before the next charge in your account portal or by emailing us. If a subscription charge processed in the last seven days and you have not yet received the shipment, write to us, we will cancel and refund. The 30-day guarantee applies to the first subscription shipment once per customer.
How long the refund takes
Once we approve a refund, Stripe reverses the charge to your original payment method. Card networks typically settle the credit in five to ten business days. We do not control the bank’s posting time.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue with an order, please write to us first; we resolve almost everything by email within a day. If you initiate a chargeback before contacting us, your account is paused while we work with your bank.
