Where we ship
The fifty United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, US territories, or internationally. If we add countries we will say so here.
How long it takes
We aim to ship every order within forty-eight hours of payment, weekends and federal holidays excluded. Once your label is created you will receive a tracking email. Standard ground delivery typically arrives in three to seven business days depending on your address and the carrier.
What it costs
Standard shipping is included on every order; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay (plus applicable sales tax, calculated automatically by Stripe Tax). We do not currently offer expedited shipping, but if you need a delivery by a specific date, write to us before you order and we will tell you whether it is possible.
Tracking
Tracking numbers come by email when we generate the label. The carrier is typically USPS for small parcels and UPS for larger orders; we choose by weight and dimension to keep your shipping invisible.
Lost or damaged in transit
See the Refund Policy. The short version: if your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, write to us within seven days and we will work with the carrier and replace or refund. If your package arrives damaged, send a photo and we replace or refund.
Wrong address
If you give us a wrong address and the package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will email you and either reship to a corrected address (you cover the second outbound shipping) or refund the order minus a five-dollar restocking fee for the return-to-sender.
Climate considerations
Facial Serum is shelf-stable and tolerates ordinary US summer transit temperatures. If you live in a climate where extreme summer heat is a concern, ask us for guidance on timing your reorder.
